This recipe just might make you throw rocks at normal potato chips. They are made from”green” plantains and can be served with a variety of sauces. There is so little work making them, just peel the green plantains, slice them horizontally on a mandolin or a sharp knife and fry them. You don’t need a fryolater (makes it nice for clean up) only a deep frying pan with either peanut or rice bran oil.
